OTEPI handles systematic approach to manage the processes, expressed in Management Systems of its activities, thought the use and full implementation of the physical, human and relational resources needed to achieve expected results; these systems retain knowledge (intellectual, structural and relational) and give guidelines to follow for all its employees.

These processes are managed through processes, principles, policies, objectives, methods, controls and document management.
